When can I expect my order?

  • All of our apparel is "made-to-order", which means we don't have inventory. We source our products from suppliers from all over the world. Each has their own timetable for production, which can be affected by COVID-19 protocols. Therefore, we currently have a fulfillment period of 2-3 weeks. If you're buying a gift or for a special occasion, it's best to purchase your items as early as 4 weeks in advance. Your order will most likely arrive before then, but we ask for your patience in waiting for your amazing CLAW™ gear!

Do you offer Youth Sizes?

  • YES! We have a collection dedicated to kids and youth. If something you like isn't offered in the size you're looking for, send us a message and we might see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Due to the nature of our ordering process, with each garment being "made-to-order", we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after your initial order is placed. We move quickly to fulfill your orders as soon as possible, so we ask that you do not cancel any orders after 24 hours.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. If there is a problem with either your order or your garment, email our customer support with a detailed description of your problem (along with photos of the issue) at

Do you have a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service Agreement?

  • Yes we do! You can review those here.

Do you offer customization of the items in your store?

  • We've considered it! But we don't want to offer it as an option until we gauge the demand. We do however offer custom design services for practice wear, team wear, and nationals shirts! You can view the work of our creative agency, Claw Creative Co. on Dribbble

I want to order your book but am an international customer. How do I find out if you'll ship to my country?
